General terms and conditions of use of the Autorentas del Pacífico Spa website.
1 - General aspects.
Access and use in Chile of the site www.mitta.cl (hereinafter, the “Site”) will be governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) and by Chilean law. The Terms will be applicable to all those who visit, reserve and carry out any transaction through the Site (hereinafter, “User” or “Users”).

It is the sole responsibility of the User to respect the legislation of the place or country from which they access and use the Site.
