¿Que incluye la suscripción MITTA GO?

The MITTA GO subscription includes the zero kilometer car that you choose, along with registration, green tax, circulation permit, SOAP, insurance, 100% assistance, preventive maintenance, replacement vehicles for up to 15 days annually, GPS and technical inspection. You only take care of the gasoline and the tag.

What plan can I choose?

Puedes elegir plazos de 12, 24 o 36 meses y el kilometraje de 10.000, 12.000, 15.000, 18.000, 20.000 o 24.000 KM/anual.

What requirements must you meet to access the MITTA GO subscription?

Positive commercial history, six months of work experience with an indefinite contract, the value of the monthly subscription must not exceed 20% of the net monthly income, be able to sign a PAT or PAC agreement (at the client's choice) and you must provide a guarantee of 20 PHEW.

What does the guarantee consist of?

It is an amount that is paid to protect the landlord, in case any of the stipulated payments are not met. The guarantee is 20 UF and must be paid by transfer. This payment is returned adjusted according to the CPI variation at the end of the subscription, or can be credited to the purchase option if it is exercised.

What documents do you need to contract MITTA GO?

  1. Three last salary statements and/or fee invoices issued.
  2. Certificate of the last 24 AFP contributions.
  3. Identity card.
  4. Situation status.
  5. Bank debt report from the Financial Market Commission (CMF).

Can anyone drive the vehicle?

The car can be driven by the contract holder and an additional driver, both over 22 years of age with a valid type B license, the latter must be informed and designated by the holder in advance.
There is the option of including in the contract minors under 22 years of age as part of the 3 additional drivers available for UF 0.5 per month, which must be stipulated in the contract.

Is the service available throughout Chile?

MITTA GO is present in all regions of the national territory.

What does the insurance included in the fee cover?

The car is insured for damage to third parties (Civil Liability), own damage, total loss, theft or overturning.
The deductible for own damage is UF 10, while total loss, theft, theft or overturning is UF30 .

How are TAG charges made?

MITTA GO takes care of the monthly TAG payment. This charge that is made together with the monthly rental billing

How is the payment of the monthly fee made?

You can subscribe to your automatic payment method PAT (Automatic Payment with Credit Card) or PAC (Automatic Payment to Current Account) on the TOKU platform, depending on your preference. You will only have to worry about having space on the card or account on the charging day stipulated by the contract.

What is flexible prepayment?

Es el pago anticipado de las cuotas futuras que permite bajar el valor de la mensualidad.

What options can I take at the end of the subscription?

  1. Extend the contract with the same vehicle for 12 or 24 months (if you have a 24-month or 12-month plan respectively).
  2. Renew the contract for another zero kilometer car, with the term and mileage of your choice.
  3. Take the vehicle purchase option set at the beginning of the contract.
  4. Terminate the contract

How can I schedule my maintenance?

You must reserve your time through the online scheduling system on the website https://mitta.cl/mantenciones and we will assign you the closest workshop according to the address indicated in the contract, from Arica to Punta Arenas. If the maintenance takes more than 24 hours, a replacement car will be delivered.

What should I do if I have an accident?

  • Register the incident at www.mitta.cl/siniestros
  • Se debe realizar una denuncia policial en caso de robo, choque o colisión con lesionados involucrados, donde el cliente debe mencionar la compañía aseguradora-BCI Seguros S.A.- y la póliza N°3385821 y posteriormente presentar la información a MITTA.

When can I access a replacement vehicle?

In the event of an accident or repair, you can take a replacement vehicle with similar characteristics for up to 15 days per year.
