What is Renting?
MITTA GO adapts to what really matters: enjoying your car.
Drive your brand new car with all the paperwork included by subscribing to a Flexible Renting plan. Choose the model you like best, the mileage and term you need and if you want to make an initial prepayment to lower the value of the monthly fee. At the end of your subscription you can extend the contract or renew for another model and we also have a preferential purchase option if you want to keep the car.

What does the MittaGO subscription include?
The MITTA GO subscription includes the zero kilometer car of your choice, along with registration, green tax, circulation permit, SOAP, insurance, 100% assistance, preventive maintenance, replacement vehicles up to 15 days per year, GPS and technical inspection. You only pay for the gasoline and the tag.
Which plan can I choose?
You can choose terms of 12, 24 or 36 months and mileage of 18,000, 20,000 or 24,000 KM/year.
What requirements must you meet to access the MITTA GO subscription?
Positive business history, six months of seniority with an open-ended contract, the value of the monthly subscription must not exceed 20% of the net monthly income, the ability to sign a PAT or PAC agreement (at the client's choice) and you must provide a guarantee of 20 UF.
What does the warranty consist of?
This is an amount paid for the landlord's protection in case any of the stipulated payments are not made. The guarantee is 20 UF and must be paid by transfer. This payment is returned adjusted according to the variation of the CPI at the end of the subscription, or it can be paid to the purchase option if it is exercised.
What documents do you need to sign up for MITTA GO?
- Last three pay stubs and/or honorarium receipts issued.
- Certificate of the last 24 AFP contributions.
- Identity card.
- Status report.
- Bank debt report from the Financial Market Commission (CMF).
- Driver's resume.
- Signed document authorizing MITTA to consult your bulletin.
Can anyone drive the vehicle?
The car can be driven by the contract holder and an additional driver, both over 22 years of age with a valid type B license. The latter must be informed and designated by the holder in advance.
There is the option of including minors under 22 years of age in the contract as part of the 3 additional drivers available for UF 0.5 per month, which must be stipulated in the contract.
Is the service available throughout Chile?
MITTA GO is present in all regions of the national territory.
What does the insurance included in the fee cover?
The car is insured for damage to third parties (Civil Liability), own damage, total loss, theft or rollover.
The deductible for own damage is UF 10, while total loss, theft, robbery or rollover is UF30.
How are TAG charges made?
MITTA GO takes care of the monthly payment of the TAG. This charge is made together with the monthly billing of the rental
How is the monthly fee paid?
You can subscribe to your automatic payment method PAT (Automatic Payment with Credit Card) or PAC (Automatic Payment to Current Account) on the TOKU platform, depending on your preference. You will only have to worry about having a limit on the card or account on the day of the charge stipulated in the contract.

What is flexible prepaid?
Flexible prepayment is the prepayment of future installments that allows you to lower the value of the monthly rate.
When extending or renewing the contract, the prepayment is not transferred to the new subscription or extension.
What options can I take after the subscription ends?
- Extend the contract with the same vehicle for 12 or 24 months (if you have a 24-month or 12-month plan respectively).
- Renew the contract for another brand new car, with a term and mileage of your choice.
- Take the option to purchase the vehicle set at the beginning of the contract.
- Terminate the contract
How can I schedule my maintenance?
You must book your appointment through the online scheduling system on the website https://mitta.cl/mantenciones and we will assign you the nearest workshop according to the address indicated in the contract, from Arica to Punta Arenas. If the maintenance takes more than 24 hours, a replacement car will be delivered.
What should I do in case of an accident?
- Register the incident at www.mitta.cl/siniestros
- A police report must be filed in the event of theft, crash or collision with injuries involved, where the client must mention the insurance company - Reale Seguros - and policy No. 300164343 and subsequently present the information to MITTA.
When can I access a replacement vehicle?
In the event of an accident or repair, you may take a replacement vehicle with similar characteristics for up to 15 days per year.
